November / December 2010

In early November a friend from High School visited from Japan. We held a small gathering at Ponderoda so that we could spend some time together to catch up.

Kaden had a project at school to complete for Thanksgiving. His assignment was to design a turkey that would NOT be eaten for Thanksgiving dinner and to write a story to go with it. He was really proud of his "camo" turkey.

In November Karsen and Kaden were able to go deer hunting for the first time. They saw a doe and a 4 point buck during this outing. This was really fun for them.

My dad visited Kaden on Special Person's Day in November at his school. My mother had to work on that day, and Kory's parents visited also. Kaden really enjoyed their visits.

Kaden and Karsen's babysitter also made a special visit to school.

In November we also attended a "reunion" celebration to honor our former babysitter and friend, Sharon. We really appreciate all that she has done for our boys. We have been blessed to have her to care for our children.

Karsen was invited to a birthday party at the bowling alley and had a great time with family and friends.

Karsen with his his friends Owen, Thaniel, and Dylan at the Birthday Party.

The boys were able to visit with Santa at Korben's Daycare. We enjoyed a wonderful evening with all of Korben's friends and their families.
